Refund Policy

Thank you for using Rent A Mentor Ghana. We want you to be satisfied with our service, but we understand that things don't always go as planned.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel a booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Disputes and Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided by a Mentor, please contact us within 24 hours of the session. We will investigate the issue and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion if the Mentor failed to meet our community standards.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Mobile Money or Card) used for the transaction. implementing refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or network provider.
